Sourdough Loaf

Smoked Cheddar Cheese

Slice the sourdough loaf into 4 slices. Thinly slice tomato into rounds.
Spread the butter on both sides of the bread. Top a slice of bread with smoked Cheddar cheese, prosciutto and tomato. Top the sandwich with a second slice of bread.
TIP: Adding butter to the outside of the toastie will make it crispy.
Toast each sandwich in a sandwich press or frying pan until golden on each side. Plate up prosciutto and smoked cheese toastie. Enjoy!
