Chimichurri Seasoning

Greek salad cheese/feta cheese

Dill & Parsley Mayonnaise

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Herb Butter

• In a bowl, add pork, spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat • Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium-high heat • Cook pork until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side • Transfer to a plate to rest
• Meanwhile, poke a few holes in potatoes packet and microwave until hot and steaming, 3 mins • Slice cucumber • In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, salad leaves, crumbled cheese and mustard cider dressing
• Slice pork steak • Plate up pork, potatoes and salad • Serve with mayo
