Instructions

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Zest orange and cut in half. • Line a 20cm baking tin with two layers of baking paper, and lightly brush with oil.

• To a large bowl, add cream cheese and 100g caster sugar (see ingredients). Using electric beaters, mix until combined. • Add the eggs and sour cream and mix with electric beaters to combine. • Add cornflour, orange zest, the cinnamon and a pinch of salt and mix well to combine. • Pour the cheesecake mix into the prepared tin.

• Bake for 30-40 minutes on the top rack of the oven until the cheesecake has a little wobble in the centre. • Allow to cool completely in the baking tin, 30 minutes.

• Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cherry sauce and a squeeze of orange juice. • Slice the cheesecake and serve with cherry orange sauce. Enjoy!
